Going global, has acquired AEMS of U.K. & CEWE of Sweden. Setting up a new plant in Kaladwas, Udaipur that will increase employee strength from 900 to 1800. Company has further decided to extend air travel entitlement to lower level of employees as well.

There is a proposal to set up an SEZ for Marble Industry at a project cost of Rs. 500 crores.

Sangam India Ltd. Bhilwara :

Setting up a new Textile plant at a projected cost of Rs.500 crores in Raila near Bhilwara. Project is scheduled to be completed by October 06.

Nitin Spinners Ltd. Bhilwara :

Expanding capacity from 38,000 spindles to 90,000 spindles at a projected cost of Rs.208 crores.

R.K. Marbles (P) Ltd. :

Established in 1989 by Patni Group. By producing a 1,048,994 tonnes of marble in the year 2002, R.K. Marble Private Limited has been honoured by "The Guiness Book" for being the world's largest producer of marble.
